Complex case in the ER. The resident pages surgery and the on-call specialist from her phone. Acknowledged in seconds, no chasing required.
One tap. The whole team knows. If no one responds, it escalates on its own.
The critical alert platform for mission-critical teams.
HOW IT WORKS
Three motions that turn a chaotic moment into a coordinated response.
Whoever sees it first (teacher, doorman, guard, nurse) opens the app, picks the category, and sends. Each category is pre-routed to the team that owns it. No coordinator, no thinking, no delay.
Push and email hit the on-shift responder instantly. If they don't acknowledge in your defined window, Signaler escalates automatically (supervisor, director, on-call) until someone owns it.
Who reported it, who acknowledged, what was attached, how long it took to resolve. A complete record for audits, insurers, boards, and your own team's learning.
Typical scenarios
Three everyday situations. This is what it looks like when your operation has its own system.

Complex case in the ER. The resident pages surgery and the on-call specialist from her phone. Acknowledged in seconds, no chasing required.

Possible armed person at the entrance. One tap fires the lockdown code: teachers, security, and leadership get the alert instantly. Zero calls, zero confusion.

Cold-storage sensor down at 3 a.m. on a Sunday. Maintenance and the store manager get the alert together, with the exact temperature and unit. Before, the loss showed up Monday morning.
WHY A DEDICATED SYSTEM
WHO IT'S FOR

WHO IT'S FOR
Medical incident at recess. Three teachers reporting at once. The principal is in a meeting. Parents start texting in their groups before staff even knows what's happening.
The teacher picks "Health · accident" in the app, attaches a photo and location. Nurse, principal, and on-shift owners get the alert in seconds. The principal acknowledges in one tap, and everyone sees it landed.
WHAT YOU GAIN
ON THE GROUND
The alert lands as a push on the on-shift responder's phone with photo, location, and category. One tap to acknowledge; another to escalate or close. Every action recorded.
INTEGRATIONS & API
Cameras, sensors, alarms, or your backend — anything that speaks HTTP can fire an alert.
What you can connect today
Security cameras
Motion detection → alert in seconds
IoT sensors
Temperature, smoke, leaks → automatic alert
POS systems
Physical panic button at register → security alert
Alarm panels
Burglar or fire trigger → instant alert
Generic webhooks
Any system that can make an HTTP call
No-code automation
Trigger from Zapier, IFTTT, n8n, or Make via their webhook action
NO-CODE · READY IN MINUTES
Works with the automation tools you already use.
Or fire an alert directly from your system with a single call:

}'WHY A DEDICATED SYSTEM
WhatsApp and radios have their place. Signaler is the system when the alert is critical.
| Capability | Signaler | Group chat | Email / SMS | Calls / Radio |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Routes to the right responder automatically | ||||
| Escalates if no one acknowledges in time | ||||
| Visible acknowledgment of every alert | ||||
| Tamper-proof incident record | ||||
| Photo, location, and category in one tap | ||||
| Triggered by cameras and sensors |
Signaler isn't here to replace your radios or your team chat. Those have their place. It's the system underneath, so when an alert truly is critical, nothing falls through.
How you turn it on
No IT project. No full-day training. No waiting for a "formal pilot". From the moment you activate to your first covered shift, this is the path.
Activate the plan, define the 3-4 categories that matter to your operation (Security, Medical, Maintenance…) and which shift they route to. No IT needed.
Each member gets an email invite, downloads Signaler on iOS or Android, signs in with one tap. Zero passwords. Zero training.
No drill required: the first shift alert is sent by whoever needs to send it. The system routes, acknowledges, escalates and records. Your team learns by using it.
Most teams send their first real alert within the first week. No kickoff meeting, no PDF doc, no "training session".

FREQUENTLY ASKED
No. Initial setup takes under 5 minutes. Each team member gets an email invite and downloads the app. If you want to wire in cameras or sensors, our team helps you for free during onboarding.
The mobile app needs a connection to send and receive alerts. If the network drops mid-report, the alert is queued and sent automatically when connectivity returns. A fully offline-first mode is on the 2026 roadmap.
Yes. Any device that can make an HTTP call can fire alerts in Signaler via the inbound API. We have ready-to-use templates for the most common camera and sensor models, and engineering help when something custom is needed.
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, strict access controls with MFA, per-organization data isolation at the database layer, and audit logs for every sensitive action. GDPR-compliant. Nobody from another org can see your data, not even by mistake.
Every category has a configurable escalation path. By default: if the primary on-shift responder doesn't acknowledge in 5 minutes, it escalates to the supervisor; in 10 minutes, to leadership. You define the tiers and the timing.
No. Pricing is per organization, with a user cap per plan. If you need more, there's a higher tier or a custom plan. Never a per-seat surprise.
