Do I need an IT team to roll out Signaler?
No. Initial setup takes under 5 minutes. Each team member gets an email invite and downloads the app. If you want to wire in cameras or sensors, our team helps you for free during onboarding.
Does it work without internet?
The mobile app needs a connection to send and receive alerts. If the network drops mid-report, the alert is queued and sent automatically when connectivity returns. A fully offline-first mode is on the 2026 roadmap.
Can I connect my security camera or sensor?
Yes. Any device that can make an HTTP call can fire alerts in Signaler via the inbound API. We have ready-to-use templates for the most common camera and sensor models, and engineering help when something custom is needed.
How secure is the data?
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, strict access controls with MFA, per-organization data isolation at the database layer, and audit logs for every sensitive action. GDPR-compliant. Nobody from another org can see your data, not even by mistake.
What happens if nobody responds to an alert?
Every category has a configurable escalation path. By default: if the primary on-shift responder doesn't acknowledge in 5 minutes, it escalates to the supervisor; in 10 minutes, to leadership. You define the tiers and the timing.
Do you charge per user?
No. Pricing is per organization, with a user cap per plan. If you need more, there's a higher tier or a custom plan. Never a per-seat surprise.
What languages does it support?
Spanish and English today, in both the marketing site and the app. Portuguese and French are on the 2026 roadmap.
How do I cancel if it doesn't work for me?
